As Creative Director at Virgin Voyages, I concepted and onset art-directed the photography for the onboard dining program.
Test Kitchen
Based on Escoffier’s Ma Cuisine. This part-lab, part-restaurant is the most concept-forward on the ship and so we shot it as single plates to focus on its individual artistry. We borrowed colors from the restaurant’s architecture and contrasted it with a bold red to give the photography additional dimension.
Extra Virgin
Virgin’s onboard trattoria. Good friends, good eats, good photography. EV is elevated Italian but we wanted to give it a warm social vibe because Virgin is never stuffy.
